The first thing that comes to mind when I think of my time with WellCare, Inc. is how much Tim (the owner), and the rest of the leadership team genuinely care for the kids and families that needed our help. WellCare always put the children’s needs before anything else, which as a therapist, is something that I truly appreciated. The next thing that comes to mind is how great not only the Director of Therapy but WellCare as a whole, treated all the therapists. They always tried (and succeed) to help, support, and go above expectations to make sure I was able to be the therapist that I wanted to be. They did a great job of hiring the right people that made up a great team where you could turn to anyone, from other therapists, the front office staff, the Director of Therapy, or even all the way to the owner, and they wouldn't hesitate to help out any way they could. I can't say enough about my time there, I felt extremely appreciated and value both the professional and personal relationship that I made while working for WellCare.

I can't believe how quickly my son's speech has improved in a short period of time. I love that our therapist is able to come to the house and school. She genuinely cares - and doesn't just work with my son - she teaches us as a family on how to help him. That's priceless in my book!
